The following terms and conditions apply to all Europa Science Ltd (ESL) content-based products.

ESL may amend these terms and conditions at any time.

The copyright of all content belongs to ESL.

When purchasing content from  ESL you agree not to unlawfully reproduce, modify, perform, transfer, distribute or allow use of the content by anyone else.

ESL content is for personal use only, except where otherwise stated.

Occasionally, technical and other issues may delay or prevent download of or access to ESL content. Please report any such issues within 48 hours of purchase by emailing support@europascience.com.

All sales of downloadable products (including PDF content) are final at the point of purchase. No refunds shall be given, except where technical issues prevent access to the content in the first place.

Payment Security
ESL uses Stripe or Paypal for all online payments.

Remittance Terms
Payment must be made in full before the product is delivered.

Indemnity
You have sole responsibility for repercussions resulting from the download of ESL content.
