Prize draw terms & conditions
This prize draw is run by Europa Science, 4 Signet Court, Cambridge, CB5 8LA, United Kingdom. By taking part in the prize draw, you accept and agree to be bound by the rules and by the decisions of Europa Science, which is final in all matters relating to the prize draw and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
We reserve the right to disqualify any entrant and/or winner for any reason and without notice in accordance with the rules. The draw is open to all Europa Science customers aged 18 years or over, except employees of Europa Science, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. As a prerequisite to entering the prize draw, the participant must have completed this survey by the closing date specified within this survey.
Only one entry per person is permitted. Entries received after the closing date will not be accepted. The prize draw winner(s) will be selected at random after the closing date. Winner(s) will be notified by email within 1 month of the closing date. Each participant can enquire whether they were successful in winning the prize by sending an email to info@europascience.com within 10 days after the closing date of the prize draw.
Europa Science reserves the right to substitute any prize with cash or a prize of comparable value. If you are a winner, you may have to provide additional information, such as acceptance of the prize or a delivery address for the prize. Failure to provide additional information within the required time period will result in disqualification as a winner and an alternative winner being selected. Europa Science accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
Europa Science further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in the prize draw. Nothing in these prize draw rules shall exclude the liability of Europa Science for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence. The prize draw will be governed by the laws of The United Kingdom and entrants to the prize draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
